MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

A man of business, Xavier Maréchal, accepts harboring a colleague who confesses the crime of an artist, a virtuoso of corruption and blackmail. The next day, it's up to the supposed friend die killed. Maréchal will then be in the middle of a plot in which diplomats and gangsters will be predisposed to anything just to recover an incriminating dossier.
