MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The chronicle continues later than the events of "Monsters vs. Aliens. " When Susan Murphy and monsters are now working with the U.S. government special agents. When an alien presence is detected in Susan's hometown in Modesto, just before Halloween, the group is sent to investigate. Everything looks normal, but when Halloween arrives, those innocent carved pumpkins are revealed for what they really are mutant aliens. The altered pumpkins begin to implement their fiendish plan to take over Earth. The monsters are responsible to fight mutant gourds and try to smash their wicked scheme.
