MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Paris, 1942 During the Nazi occupation, Edmond Batignole butcher, a shy gentleman and rather weak character becomes official supplier of the German army by Jean -Pierre, the boyfriend of her daughter, a collaborator that betrays the Jews. When Bernstein, neighbors of Batignole are arrested and their property confiscated, occupied the floor is yielded to Batignole. One day while Batignole gives a party at his home to Germans, knocks a kid: the little Simon Bernstein, who managed to escape and return home to meet his.
