MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1953 film?

" Honey Talk" Nelson, a professional con man, is desperate because he has to pay a huge gambling debt to Jumbo Schneider, a criminal in New York. To break the impasse, enlists the help of his cousin Virgil Yokum, passionate about animals: the plan is to dope the horse My Sheba to won a major race. But when he meets the beautiful Nelson owns Sheba, falls for her, and Virgil, meanwhile, becomes attached to the animal. Now more than ever are interested in the victory of Sheba and get it resort to the wildest plans.
