MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Momo is a shy and caring girl who has found new friends and a house in the middle of the ruins of an ancient amphitheater. But one day, suddenly, the gray men burst into the city, with the aim of stealing people's time. Momo would stop him, but do not know how? ? Cassiopeia, a small turtle magic leads her to the Master Time, Time Manager. He is the only person who can help. When you return to fight the Gray Men, he realizes that there is no one to talk to or play and fears losing her friends forever. The world has changed and they have all been subsumed into a new and rigid social structure ?
