MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

A general set of advanced age are forced to attend a workshop in a remote hostel to catch up on the new military technology. Teachers are five young captains belonging to a generation with a higher education, but for general irritating receive orders and military lessons of lower rank.
