MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Capulina in jail for theft he did not commit. He is released and soon gets into new trouble which also is accused of theft. A buddy insists shyster but actually defend it sinks deeper. Her neighbor Rosa signing letters for him to not apresen and puts it to work as a waiter, but he causes a fool pastelazos war and is fired.
