MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

The wedding date approaches and Yuusaku Kyoko. At the residence Ikkoku is celebrating a party in his honor, but Kyoko late. Tenants of the pension, nosy as ever, they put the fear in the body that may have Yuusaku commenting doubts about marriage. That gets to rattle Yuusaku, which goes haywire when he learns that his fiancée is expecting a very important letter. What is the content of that letter ? Why is it so important to Kyoko and the wedding celebration ? We will have to wait for to see if the promised reach the altar.
