MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1943 film?

Luis enlists in the army to defend Mexico from French attack, parallel falls in love with a girl who is the niece of the French ambassador. When the Mexican military forces is undermined in Luis encourages his cornet playing the National Anthem of Mexico causing the soldiers to recover and overcome the French, however, is wounded and dies just as his beloved manages to escape the dungeon.
