MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

A woman travels to the seaside village where his father, who in his last letters seemed to indicate that he had contracted a disease. The site seems a bit deserted, and the people I find are a bit strange. By nightfall, the streets become more animated, and dangerous. Defined as a cross between Night of the Living Dead and David Lynch.
