MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1944 film?

Movie combining patriotism - are the years of the Second World War with the thin air and entertainment. Following a spirited playwright, creating a perfect work to encourage combatants and their ideals warriors for peace. The idea is welcome, however to convert anyone think of a musical text, which does not like at all. Lucille Ball brings to life the actress who achieved convince the author, Dick Powell, that a bit of fun comes well in difficult times.
