MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1976 film?

Carlos, a young "playboy " who lives on the Costa del Sol, has a servant named Germán that made you think you have a degenerative disease to preserve many sex, and if they do die back. But Carlos does not want to lose his reputation as a playboy, in this way that German, his " faithful " butler makes great substitute for on the bed while Carlos convinces all his conquests that prefers to make love with the lights off. But the German plan is endangered when Carlos meets a young and wants to marry her.
