MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1975 film?

Julio, a fisherman, traveling to Manila looking for his lost love, Ligaya. It looks mixed in a male prostitution ring, discovering Ligaya also works in a brothel. Enter a work and is also unfair labor practices, unsafe working conditions and political trends among their peers. Considered the best piece of Philippine film of all time.
