MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

It is not easy being 12 years. Your mom embarrasses you in front of the whole class, you have to wear a device on your teeth and your home is the most disastrous of the neighborhood. The only companion is Max Hassan, who can not stop, no matter how much you try, of ridicule. You like Ofelia, a cute and popular, but do not know how to conquer it. However, by a series of unfortunate attempts to approach Ofelia will come to realize that it is not the only embarrassing around things, and that even his untimely mom and her eccentric acquaintances can do real miracles.
