MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Based on a real life event occurred in the town of Matsugane, a people living in the remoteness, in inaction and in the future to never pass anything, Nobuhiro Yamashita directs this black comedy strange and bizarre that even puts us in the lives of two brothers "twins", one a good-for nothing somehow working in a slaughterhouse and another, a cop who has never fired a bullet but this is outside the law, sex offenders with family secrets to which have become pregnant, especially in the middle of the appearance of a supposed " corpse " and an unsolved murder, in a town where all members are dysfunctional.
