MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

The legend begins with Krol Lucja husband riding the tram. She gives birth to her fourth child on the floor of his apartment and Wiktor, neighbor communist intellectual family friend is arrested and sent to jail. During the war Lucja escaping a Nazi raid on the Nazi market and their children are ardent Communist meetings in his apartment.
