MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Balthazar is a teenage African filmmaker tries to take out his first project: The Cycle of the Cockroach. However, potential investors not frown I wanted to focus on topics as dark and disheartening about the recent past of Rwanda. Balthazar wants to tell the chronicle of a woman suffering a number of atrocities during the war and, ultimately, just admitted to the same hospital as a man who has gone insane after committing several murders in that time. Determined to finish his film, despite the lack of a budget, the set starts shooting. Soon, the violence and brutality of the scenes make fiction becoming real and exceeds the imagination of the director.
