MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

A village somewhere in Algeria. Mounir, haughty, boastful, wants everyone to admire, yet it prevents his sister Rym, who suffers from narcolepsy and falls asleep anywhere, also its reputation for sleeping with the first thing that happens. One day, returning from the town with several more drinks, announces to all the people that a rich business man has promised to marry his sister. From overnight, everyone will admire and envy. Locked in his own lie, Mounir end up changing unwittingly fate of yours? ?
