MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

A man who deeply loves his wife, is torn to death by disease. After falling into despair, a journey trying to forget however, in Paris, he meets a look-alike of his beloved. Mr. rescues that woman of cabaret in which makes a living as an artist for shows, exploited by a pimp, believes in love, get married and takes her to live in his mansion. This poor woman, uneducated, ordinary brute servitude must face a hostile and friendly but, above all, constant comparison to her husband established with the other. After much fighting, the pathetic creature appears finally get the love of her husband for herself. However, the occurrence of triggers pimp misfortune.
