MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The untimely death of his mother during childbirth, Victor Frankenstein starts violently from his idyllic life in Geneva. Since that day, the idea will overcome death obsession and, therefore, decided to study medicine at Ingolstadt. There he meets the sinister Professor Waldman, who was rumored that she spent her adolescence studying the possibility of inventing a gentleman. Victor not only interested in their experiments, but is willing to get to the bottom of the issue regardless.
