MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

After finishing college, two friends, Darcy and Erin, moved to the big city to develop their careers. Darcy persuades Erin to help a friend, television producer, to investigate the type of people who place personal ads in magazines. One day, Erin found dead with a shoe shod foot high-heeled dance. They soon discover that Erin is not the first victim of the murderer who lures his victims through ads.
