MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

One night, off the opera house, old Dr. Faust is approached by a stranger who calls himself Monsieur Léon, enigmatic and elegant a man who convinces her to accompany him for his nightly round the cabarets of Pigalle. In one of those shows, Faust is bewitched by the preciousness of a dancer, named Marguerite. So much is eclipsed by the splendor of the beauty that comes to regret his ascetic life and his old age. Such regret not escape the cunning Monsieur Léon, who proposes a rejuvenating him 20 years in exchange for signing a pact with his own blood. The next day, Faust will see that this strange event indeed happened: young again.
