MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Second film in a trilogy based on the original novels Ubukata. The protagonist of the story is Rune Ballot, a teenage prostitute in Mardock City. It is not long until Shell, the owner of a casino and many other shady dealings in his hands, he decides to be her protégé. Rune is grateful for what Shell has done for her, that has taken the world that was and gave him everything he needed, but feels it imperative to know why, why not another. Investigate past Shell be your big mistake, considering that the reaction thereof will try to kill her at all costs, thus busting a car with her inside. In Mardock the crime rate is nothing short of alarming exaggerated, so starts a new law known as? Scramble 09? which allows police to take actions that hitherto were considered illegal or brutal combat as long as any crime.
