MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

A hard and lonely trapper passes through Barren River to sell furs and meet Mary Stuart, a girl who falls in love untamed him instantly, and is determined to do whatever it takes, to resort to all sorts of stratagems, provided to marry him. It is true that you have little time to get it, because the preacher, who is about to arrive, passing through the village once a year only. However, marriage is something that does not fit into the plans of the solitary hunter.
