MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

A murderer is moved through the streets of New York. Brutally kills women, takes their scalps on mannequins and exposes in his filthy apartment. It is their only contact with the outside world until he meets a beautiful photographer. But can a maniac form simple friendship ? This film is a remake of Venganza diabólica (1963), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
