MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

The government has taken the decision to grant the title to land to those who work. The uprooted Jim Gaynor is one of the lucky ones but, as an ex-convict, he manages to assign its rights to his niece Alice. The villain Clint Beasley, who covets the land, Alice kidnaps and murders his uncle.
