MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Bill Gluckman, a wealthy Jewish Malibu California gubernatorial candidate, see jeopardize his political career because of his son, a rich kid who, in his quest to become a rapper, never ceases to embarrass his father every time speaks and acts as such. So Bill, decided to teach him a lesson and waiting disabuse the idea of being a rapper, hires two actors to posing as gangsters, kidnap your child and teach him how "hard " it is the world you want to get.
