MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

In August of 2001, a small grouping of disillusioned students calls some sort of summit to counter apathy of the privileged generation and unite a splintered activist front side. Lured by the vow of free meals and booze, hundreds of young people descend upon a borrowed nation property to drink, make use of drugs, have sexual intercourse and swap politics. Anticipating a meeting of historic significance, two aspiring filmmakers obtain a grant from a soft beverage business to document the big event because it unfolds. Their footage vividly illustrates different agendas and perspectives in attendance. While the organizers sink deeper into the logistical nightmare of handling a modern revolution the filmmakers bear witness toward team's loss in self-confidence inside their ability to replace the world.
