MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

A student of a West Belfast Catholic school dreams of being a professional footballer. But first must improve their coordination, and for it points to a dance class. He meets Lucy McCloughlin a high class girl who just broke up with her boyfriend and he loves the Brazilian samba.
