MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

In DM 80, a group of gangster cats try to kill the entire population of mice in the place. To prevent this, rodents sent their top agent, Nick Grabowsky, unaware that cats also have another of his side: Lazy Dick. This film is a prequel of Macskafogó 2 - A sátan macskája (2007).
