MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Paris, 1900. A couple is brutally murdered by a masked man, which draws the hearts of both bodies. The only witness, the couple's daughter. Years later, the teenager admitted as a clerk in a wax museum in Rome that recreates murder scenes. One night, a handsome young woman is able to spend the night inside the museum however, the next morning, found dead. Since then, many murders happen in the streets of the " eternal city ", while the museum walls are filled with more and more figures.
