MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

When Inspector Zenigata is reassigned and liquid blood thirsty murderer named Kiss is commissioned to kill Lupin, there's nothing you can do but Lupin anticipate the movements of his rival professional. Bringing back to the gang, Lupin steals a Russian high-tech submarine and kidnaps a beautiful and Russian scientific teenager, who has a past with Jigen to solve. Using the submarine to infiltrate the syndicate Shot Shell, Lupin has three objectives: to discover this organization Interpol eyes and re-enter if the inspector Zenigata, steal tons of illegally gotten loot and most important ,go out with life! This movie is part of the Lupin Sansei saga (1993, 1995, 1997, 2002).
