MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Jack Sweeny is a man simply trying to get work. Refused at another bank due to his criminal history he meets a lady, Rebecca, but also witnesses a 3 method shootout between 2 categories of criminals and also the cops over a suitcase containing perfect plates for counterfeiting bank notes. Jack grabs the dishes and tries to offer them via their friend Zippo. Nonetheless with about three various teams willing to kill him the dishes, Jack discovers it is simply one double cross after another.
