MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The successful sitcom writer Seth Winnick meets the beautiful Chelsea Turner and is sure he's found the right woman. The sex is unbelievable. There is magic in the air. Explodes the love between them. Chelsea believes that Seth is the lord of your dreams and you will not miss. With the help of her best friend, Holly, devises a plan to catch Seth in marriage. On Valentine's Day, Seth gives Chelsea a box of jewelry. Excited, opens it and discovers Chelsea, shiny earrings. No engagement ring. As a volcano erupts and Chelsea earrings ocean throws, leaving the astonished Seth planted on the shore. Now is not simply a separation,is war!
