MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Live-action film based on the animated series The Fairly OddParents. It is located in the town of Dimmsdale, focuses on the main character of the series, Timmy Turner, with his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda. In the film, Timmy has already twenty-three. Despite growing up, Timmy finds a loophole in the regulation of standards tale: if you keep acting like a child, you can meet with their tales.
