MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

Among the mountains of the Andes discovered a large dumpster. Hundreds of homeless people in the trash. Natalia, inexperienced social worker is sent by the government to make a report on the situation and get the evacuation of these areas.
