MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In the turbulent days of February Black, five young friends share a hard experience. Disgusted by the corruption that is endemic in the country and appalled by the lack of opportunities, a team of friends united by football decides to do a little social justice into their own hands, restoring the people some of the money fraudulently accumulated by a corrupt politician. Thus, four of them planned and carried out the assault on parliamentary dark house, but something goes wrong and they are forced to flee from La Paz.
