MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Two men rustic Castilian one day they find on their land is to be installed a nuclear plant. They fear for their lives, their goats and their land. Van to protest the mayor of the town, however they get nothing. Try a political closure, which ends in failure, until it appears in their lives a representative of the oil-exporting countries to help them spread throughout the world protest. But his attitude triggers a series of conflicting political interests between OPEC, the CIA, the multinationals and the living forces of the people.
