MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The MacManus brothers are living in hiding with his father, Il Duce, in the quiet valleys of Ireland, far from his old life as vigilantes. One day they find the murder of a Catholic priest friend at the hands of the Mafia in Boston. The two brothers then return to do it justice.
