MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Poor children Paul and Tono live together in a room. Paul's mother is in jail accused of a theft he did not commit. Toño is an orphan and both work to pay for a lawyer to defend Paul's mom. They are used in a work where the builders are going to go on strike for better wages. Paul falls into a pit. Toño alerts the owner and he with rescue workers found the boy and that the boy is his son whom his mother took when she discovered his infidelity. The man takes his mother from jail and access demands of workers for helping him save Paul.
