MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

The President receives an award and is designated the Z Brigade to guard the order. However, the Brigade ends up causing a fire and it all goes wrong in the entertainment, eventually causing Vinegar Sergeant decides to expel the Brigade Police. Group members then decided to go get lucky to Mar del Plata, getting a job in the resort of Victoria.
