MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A man undergoes a brutal car accident with the woman of his life, on the island of Lanzarote, which leaves him blind. Thereafter lives a double life as Harry Caine, who signs his literary works and scripts, and Mateo Blanco, his real name.
