MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

The Sylvester tries to catch Tweety the canary on Grandma's farm, but otherwise Grandmother Sylvester has warned that if something happens to Tweety, what violin strings become. A further one-eyed tabby cat escapes with Tweety, and Sylvester must rescue the canary to thereby prevent further grandmother factory send violin strings.
