MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

A 16 year-old Ryan Delaney has won a scholarship. But as his family has no money required summer work to pay for college expenses. Although not 18, can not swim and has never been to camp, gets a job as monitor camps. His mother forces him to take his younger brother, Sullivan, as they can not take care of him while working. The camp is getting harder, or even think about leaving, however learn to know each other, to fight their own battles and what they can achieve if they work together.
