MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Fikret Varupa would be a completely ordinary boy sixteen years of Sarajevo if not for a stroke of incredible luck. In traditional Muslim funeral for his father this way, Fikret indeed learns that his father owed money to Hamid, a man who does not even know. The debt is considerable, and automatically passes from father to son. In his desperate search to find the money, the teen is immersed in the streets of Sarajevo, on a planet ruled by the postwar chaos, misery and poverty. That's when he met two corrupt cops who say they are predisposed to help. Just then, he planted in his face to a girl tied up and blindfolded. A girl that all the underworld and everyone who carries a machine gun are desperately seeking.
