MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Mona Bergström is a sweet eurovision-obsessed girl in her 30's. She's hitched to a sluggish spouse and have 4 young ones, all known as after her favorite Swedish eurovision popstars. Her brother is a crossdressing guy selftitled 'Candy Darling'. Mona works on a retirement house for disabled people, where she actually is responsible for caring for a young guy called David who suffers a movement restricting illness forcing him into a wheelchair. Davids parents has abandoned him while they wanted a standard youngster. Mona holds a large invest Davids heart, and vica versa. Davids goal is to find their moms and dads in the future and go to him, in which he would like to suggest to them that he's a fantastic person, despite his handicap. For that reason he works together with music on his computer, and their objective is always to create a song, deliver it to 'The Cardigans', a famous Swedish band while having them have fun with the song and credit him, hoping their parents would spot it and desire to check out him.
