MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Mussolini, furious after twenty years of fruitless fighting between Italian troops and Libyan Bedouins, General Graziani ordered to capture the rebel leader Omar Mukhtar. Fascist General Arrogance idealism clashes with the Libyan leader. After a serious defeat of Italian troops, begins a reign of terror: the Italian soldiers are ordered to attack not only the guerrillas, but also the civilian population. Despite the harsh reprisals, the Bedouins will not waver. Obsessed with achieving victory and approval of Mussolini ordered Graziani besiege the population and prevent being supplied.
