MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

An attractive woman, Rachel Marks, known and soon marries encanador Jonathan, however shortly afterwards discover that it has a heman twin, James, a psychiatrist who has no contact Jonathan because he is considered a manipulator. The problems arise when Rachel begins to feel attracted to him.
