MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1946 film?

Sylvi decides to end his life by taking poison after being hit by a bus your child while she was shopping. Her husband's fault. There is however blind dies and is forced to carry a bulky sunglasses.
