MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Two young friends from Liverpool, Elaine and Teresa, are determined to spend an unforgettable night in the town. Teresa wants to find a man and Elaine realize a dream. A Soviet ship just docked in the port and its sailors roam the city. The girls engage in relation to two of them, Peter and Sergei, so that Teresa knows his lord and Elaine realizes her dream. After sharing unforgettable hours, Elaine and Peter swear to meet again and never to be separated. Time passes, and do not hear from him so animated by Teresa ends up writing a letter to Brezhnev.
